All Products from Elegant Event Essentials Limited are made to order; this includes items purchased from our "pre-designed" section or products made to a consumer's specification.

Note: The products (Tablecloth, Napkins, chair covers, Cushion Pad Covers, Vertical Drops, backdrops) are made to order, if you unsure the size or colour or any product on our website, please contact us or buy 1pc of product before you purchase full lot.

If you change your mind or if you don’t like colour or if the wrong size of the linen product was ordered, then we won’t be able to accept return.

Please be aware, The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "Personalised Products or Products made to a consumer's Order."

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly on:

As production begins promptly to meet event deadlines, cancellations cannot be accepted once manufacturing has commenced or the order has been dispatched.

In the Unlikely Event of an Error

If an incorrect item has been dispatched, we will of course resolve the matter promptly.

Please email us to obtain a Return Order Number (RON) prior to sending any items back. Returns received without a RON cannot be processed.

You will receive instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label Link via email.

Return / Replacement Time Frame:

All return / replacement request must be notified to us solely via email to sales@eleganteventessentials.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and goods must be returned, unused and in the original retail packaging. All items must be returned strictly within 10 working days from delivery. This time-frame complies with The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (UCTA) which covers transactions between businesses and is in place to mitigate against return of used products as we cannot sell them on.

1. Restocking Fees

   When you decide to return an item, it’s important to understand the restocking fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with preparing the returned item for resale. The restocking fee is set at 30% of the item’s original cost.

2. Shipping Fees

   Buyer is liable to pay shipping charges.

Returning Your Order

To ensure a smooth process:

• Include a return note with your order number and reason
• Return items in original packaging
• Ensure products remain unused and carefully handled
• Dispatch within 7 days of receiving return instructions
• Provide us with tracking details once sent

Unless the error was ours or the item arrived damaged, return postage remains the responsibility of the buyer.

If a return is submitted without a valid reason, a £5 handling charge will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds and replacements are issued once returned goods have been inspected and approved.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused
• Packaging must remain sealed where applicable
• Products must be returned in pristine condition
• Requests must fall within 14 days of purchase

Opened or used items cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Delivery Information

Once dispatched, orders are entrusted to professional courier services such as DPD and EVRi. While we select reliable partners, delivery timeframes are outside our control once parcels are in transit. We always recommend allowing sufficient time before your event date.
