Note: The linen products (Tablecloth, chair covers, backdrops) are made to order, if you unsure the size or colour, please contact us or buy 1pc of product before you purchase full lot.

If you change your mind or if you don’t like colour or if the wrong size of the tablecloth was ordered, then we won’t be able to accept return.

Cancellation your order

To cancel your order, please contact us directly through our phone (+44) 0 161 494 7800 without any delay.

If we start manufacturing  or dispatch your order meanwhile then we would not be able to cancel your order.

Replacement of your order

Please write an email to our Online Customer Services Team ([email protected]) to replacement of your order.

Note: The linen products (Tablecloth, chair covers, backdrops) are made to order, if you change your mind or if you don’t like colour of the tablecloth, then we won’t be able to accept return.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your contact number or email address.
  • The date you have received your order.
  • Reason for replacement.*

*In case you have changed your mind and you would like a replacement of an item (likewise different colour, size, qty etc.,), Please describe briefly about your scenario in your email, so that we can reply appropriately. You are liable to pay return postage of the original order and you have to pay price differences and extra postage charges for the replacement of the product.

We will send confirmation email for replacement. You will then have 7 days to return your order to us.

If we dispatch incorrect order then we will accept return.

Take extra care for Return order:

  • Please write return note with your order number / address with specific reason for return.
  • You must send the original packaging
  • Package your return up securely.
  • Take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
  • Send your return to us within 7 Days from receipt of EVRi email.
  • You are responsible for the return postage cost (unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or it is damaged).
  • Please send the return tracking number to us through email after handover parcel to parcel shop.
  • if you have not mentioned appropriate reason for return then the buyer has to pay £5 return delivery charge. we will deduct £5 from your order value and issue a refund the remaining balance.

Refunds and replacement may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us in original condition.

Must follow to process Refund:

  1. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it’s expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resellable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders past 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. All merchandise returned that is opened or not in the original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.
