Our Used Linen Buy-Back & Circular Recycling Programme reflects our commitment to conscious luxury, offering a responsible continuation of your linens’ journey beyond a single occasion.

Our Philosophy

True elegance is sustainable. Through this programme, we:

  • Reintroduce eligible Polyester Tablecloths into circulation through professional refurbishment
  • Offer refund for qualifying returns
  • Ensure non-qualifying textiles are responsibly repurposed or recycled

This initiative supports a more considered, circular approach to luxury event styling.

Used Linen Buy-Back Privilege

Eligibility

To qualify for Buy-Back consideration, Polyester Tablecloths must:

  • Be purchased directly from Elegant Event Essentials
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be professionally handled and free from burns, wax residue, permanent staining, or structural damage
  • Be used for standard indoor / outdoor event settings

Each return is carefully evaluated by our quality team.

Valuation

Eligible items may receive up to 25% of the original purchase value (excluding VAT) in the form of:

  • Refund to original payment method (subject to approval)

Final valuation is determined following inspection and based on condition, fabric integrity, and current inventory requirements.

Circular Recycling Commitment

For linens that do not meet Buy-Back standards yet remain suitable for reuse:

  • Textiles are professionally cleaned and redirected for secondary use where appropriate
  • Fabrics may be repurposed into decorative accessories or sample materials
  • End-of-life textiles are transferred to certified textile recycling partners

Our priority is to minimise landfill and maximise responsible textile recovery.

The Return Process

    Contact our customer service team with your order reference and product quantities

  2. Secure Return
    Ship approved items to our warehouse in protective packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Discreet Assessment
    Returns are inspected within 5–7 working days. Confirmation of credit or recycling allocation will be issued subject to dry cleaning process.
