The Elegant Event offers our customers an excellent service meeting the highest possible standards.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Goods may be sent by either standard (royal mail 2nd Class post)or Express (royal mail 1st Class post) or by Parcelforce or DPD.

We are happy to offer a full returns service if you are not completely pleased with the product you purchase.

You can pay using your PayPal account or debit or credit cards. (we accept major debit and credit cards).

24/7 our customer service team are always happy to answer your queries or to take orders over the phone if you prefer to speak to a real person.
